Brutal and Touching

I'm in the middle of my 5th term midterm exams and have two papers tomorrow, but somehow came across this disturbing video and couldn't help sharing. If there is one wish i could make come true on my birthday today, it wud be to stop animal abuse. Please please have some heart for the poor innocent beings. They might not seem lovable to you, but that doesnt mean you should hate them either.

The Grumpy Me

Ive been a little grumpy of late and have been wondering why. Now i think i have found out some of the reasons - For quite a while, I haven't done anything that i love to do!!

I love to travel. But i haven't travelled to a decent place for about 1 year and half. I love to play football but haven't played even once in the last 3 months!! I love to go for treks; the last trek i went to was a year and half back. I love to play cricket, and poor me, I've played only three-four times in the past couple of years. I love to go for long rides, and i haven't been to one for a year and half. I love burning cash and haven't indulged in any of that for a year and a half. I fear one thing - by the time i have cash to burn, the fire within might very well be gone! :P

Now i wonder why i haven't done any of these. Isn't life all about doing what one thinks he enjoys doing the most? What is it that is stopping me from doing any of what i like? Is it necessary to shun it all from my present life just to make sure that I can indulge sometime in the future? Well maybe, or maybe not.

Today i have taken the decision to redeem myself of this misery. I love to write, and hence, if not anything else, i will seek refuge in this blog :)
